A Perfect Place to Celebrate ALL of Life’s Special Occasions… We have a rule in our house that each Birthday must be celebrated at a new spot. We hadn’t tried Lucca since the new owners took over, so I made our reservation for my Husband’s BIG birthday there. When we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away—at a sweet cozy table right by the beautiful piano. Anna was our server—she was amazing and attentive without being overbearing. She told us the specials right away and indicated that there were only two of the ribeyes left so let her know if we wanted them—we did! We started with the peppers in oil—a generous helping and the bread kept coming. They had a bit of a kick to them, but it wasn’t overwhelming. My husband tried the Cherry Bourbon Manhattan and was duly impressed with the combination of flavors. I think I literally exclaimed when our steaks arrived. Cooked perfectly and topped with Blue cheese and Bacon (I am always ALL in for that) served over a delicious smashed potato with just a touch of sweetness to set off the savory of the steak and toppers, pulled together with fresh asparagus. It was a delight for ALL of the senses. The dessert was just right and just enough to share. Overall the atmosphere was just what we were looking for and the food was out of this world. We were delighted with our visit! When I posted the pictures of the food on my socials, one of my friends said, “That’s what I’m having for my next birthday!” We might have to break our rule because I agree—I’m looking forward to going back to Lucca for our next special occasion (or even a regular Tuesday).

Amazing dinner and evening out at Lucca! Everything was absolutely delicious and the ambience, presentation, and service were perfect. We had the Veal Cheek Ravioli appetizer (special), the Tortelloni, Chicken Piccata, and the Scallop Fettuccini.You can taste the difference with the handmade pasta makes and all the fresh ingredients. Can’t wait till the next opportunity to eat here again. Complements to Exec Chef Max Hughes, the kitchen team, and Anna who took care of us.

We loved Mindy! She was lovely and wonderful all night. It was like being served by a family member. She was welcoming and explained the menu, gave recommendations, and made us feel comfortable to ask questions. She was a highlight, for sure! We can’t wait to go back. The food there was also fantastic. Like being transported to Italy in the middle of Canton, Ohio. We loved everything. We got the bread with olive oil, limoncello shrimp, strip steak, half portion of clam linguini, and the pesto gnocchi. Mindy even came by and had us try a bite of the mushroom Ragout (which we will be getting next time). We turned around and realized she literally gave us a bite of what was going to be her own dinner. Truly selfless and incredibly hospitable! The drinks were also amazing! The Sorrento 75 was a lemon take on a French 75 and Very good! Inside it’s lovely, there was live music on an acoustic guitar, and the vibes were quiet and enjoyable!

Best experience!!!! From greeting, seating right down to the eating, every single thing was perfect. There's a dish for everyone whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore. Highly recommend Lucca Mindy is the best!!

I would give 10 stars if I could! The ambiance and service was excellent. The food was amazing! Extensive wine list, specialty cocktails as well. All our dishes came out of the kitchen piping hot (very important to this lady). Already looking forward to our next visit.

Great food! The Limoncello Shrimp appetizer was so delicious! The roasted beet salad and house salad were some of the best salads. We are going back to get the Antipasto, Shrimp Linguine and the Tuscan seasoning Strip Steak on our next visit.

Tried this Italian spot for the first time tonight. My fiancé cleaned her plate for the first time since ive met her! Mushroom flatbread appetizer, we got chicken piccata and the filet, with tiramisu and chocolate moose. As well as cocktails. AMAZING experience food was fantastic 10/10 will be back

Just celebrated my daughter's college graduation dinner here and it was amazing! No wait at all(we did have a reservation). Kudos to the chef and cooking staff. The food was delicious (3 ppl had steak& commented how they were all cooked perfectly to their liking). The rest of our party had halibut, gnocchi, and chicken piccata. They complimented the homemade pasta, freshness of fish, and tenderness of chicken. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly, helpful, and made our party feel very welcomed. Especially Anna who mainly served our table. She was so nice! It was a great dinner. Since our initial party was for 8 (ended up w/7) we did have a reservation, so unsure if that is recommended for a smaller party. But we are very happy we went with this restaurant.

So... In life things never go as planned, pretty much safe to say. Today was one of those moments where it just didn't work out. However, we truly believe we were meant to find this hidden gem tucked away in Downtown Canton, Ohio. #lucca The moment we pulled up, we were like kids in a candy store, wanting more, to see more, to enter‼️ We were greeted by CJ, a handsome host, with politeness you just do not see anymore in restaurant venues. Our table was not ready, he said, "We have the perfect table for you Luke " it was totally ok as we were early for our reservation, so he invited us to sit at the bar... The bartenders were absolutely very friendly, very knowledgeable. We each ordered a Boulevardier cocktail... Delicious⭐ I had asked the bartender how long this restaurant has been in its location, and he said, couple dozen years for a good reason.... Then CJ came and told us our table was ready.,. It was‼️ We literally sat outside of the kitchen, looking into the dining room and it was just beautiful, intimate and cozy, of course, with the Christmas decor that made it extra special and magical. We looked at the menu, we decided what we wanted, and then Mindy, our server came our way and totally changed our mind. 🤣 We shared a beautiful salad which is pictured here with a tasty Creamy Romano dressing and cooked onions... Deeelish! We also met one of the bartenders, he came over, and we asked him cordially, are you a manager, he goes "something like that." I said, are you an owner, he goes, "I am I'm part owner..." And I'd asked him what he made this lady in the Martini glass, and he said, "I made her a lemon drop and I will gladly make you one if you would like one." Well, of course, I asked him to make me one. It was original with a sugar rim... Then we heard the feature entrees and appetizers, and I asked, Mindy, well, what do you suggest what is your opinion, the Tortelloni or The Chop. She came right back with "oh, that's a tough one becau

The food here is fantastic. Steaks are quality cuts, flavourful and tender. The appetisers are always delicious, as well as the desserts. Service never disappoints! Everyone is so attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We always enjoy coming here!
